Can NAO alumni join CRMO?

College of Registered Manual Osteopaths (Canada) is a national Indigenous Peoples osteopathic association based in Thornhill, Ontario. There are many NAO alumni who are CRMO members and are now registered manual osteopaths (RMO). Osteopathy has roots in Cherokee and Shawnee tribes healing arts and bodywork. As such osteopathy is considered a heritage of Indigenous Peoples. CRMO is the first and only Indigenous Peoples osteopathic association in Canada. CRMO is accepted by many extended health plan insurers in Canada. CRMO issues the title of RMO - Registered Manual Osteopath to its members.
