Yes, they do. Registered manual osteopaths (RMO) members of College of Registered Manual Osteopaths are accepted by TELUS DIRECT for e-Claim access. With e-Claims NAO graduated RMOs can directly bill health insurers in Canada and receive payments directly to their bank accounts. Previously patients had to pay the RMO, get a paid in full receipt, submit the receipt to the health insurer to get reimbursed. This would take up to a month in average but with e-Claim the processing time is a lot faster.
