Two New OCPCC Clinics in Quebec & British Columbia (189 Clinics Worldwide)

We are happy to announce that osteopath Dr. Maria Triassi, DOMP, DO (Eur) and manual osteopath Dr. Mahoor Ahmadi, MD (Iran), DOMP represent the Osteopathy Chronic Pain Clinics of Canada in Pincourt, Quebec and Vancouver, British Columbia (Canada). We now have 189 clinics worldwide in 15 countries across 4 continents (America, Europe, Asia, Africa).

Both Dr Triassi and Dr Ahmadi are graduates of the National Academy of Osteopathy as well as being members of the Canadian Union of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners. After graduating with a DOMP from NAO, Dr Triassi continued her osteopathic education at the National University of Medical Sciences (Spain) to obtain a doctor of osteopathy (DO) degree. 

OCPCC ( was founded in September 2017. With 189 locations across the world OCPCC is now the largest privately owned chronic pain clinic in the world. It is also the largest osteopathy clinic globally.

All manual osteopaths joining OCPCC are chronic pain specialists who have graduated from one of our three schools, the National Academy of Osteopathy (Canada), National University of Medical Sciences (USA), or National University of Medical Sciences (Spain).

NLOA Accepted by Johnson's Insurance

Dr Matt Gibbons, DOMP, DO (Spain), president of Newfoundland and Labrador Osteopathic Association (and a graduate of National Academy of Osteopathy & National University of Medical Sciences - Spain) just informed us that NOLA members are now reimbursed by the Johnson's Insurance for osteopathic care they provide to the public. NAO President Authors Paper

NAO president, Dr Shawn Pourgol, MBA, DC, DO, PhD co-authored a paper with four top researchers, including the world's most famous osteopathic researcher, Dr Bruno Bordoni, DPT, DO, PhD.

The research paper is titled: "The influence of breathing on the central nervous system". The paper is now published on CUREUS. It will be submitted for indexing in PubMed Central in two months. (Look for it to appear in PMC shortly thereafter).
