$100 to $200 per hour

 

The 2020 survey of National Academy of Osteopathy graduates shows that the majority are charging $100 to $200 per hour in Canada. Five years ago the average was $80 to $140 similar to other manual osteopaths.

We are so happy to see the average has risen up so much in the past 5 years. NAO alumni are now charging a lot more than what other manual osteopaths charge in Canada.

NAO alumni are chronic pain specialists. They see last resort cases others cannot help. As such they are in high demand and it is reasonable for them to charge higher than other manual osteopaths for their services.

Tuition Increase

 

Effective January 01st, 2021 the tuition for all programs and associated fees at National Academy of Osteopathy (Canada) will increase by 10%.

Any student who registers prior to December 31, 2020 and pays the deposit to reserve a spot will pay the current tuition and fees for the program they register for.

Anyone who registers after January 01, 2021 will pay the new increased tuition.

US$300 PER HOUR & 4 WEEKS WAITING LIST!

Another MILLION DOLLARS OSTEOPATHY CLINIC!

NAO student, registered manual osteopath, Ali Haghighi, DOMP, BSc (Ost), DO (EU), RMO has been just elected to the position of Chair of the Inquiries, Complaints & Reports of the College of Registered Manual Osteopaths. We are so proud of him! 

 

Mr. Haghighi owns a million dollar osteopathy clinic (one of the top 3 clinics in Holland Landing, North of Newmarket) with 16 health professionals working there (4 are registered manual osteopaths).

After COVID-19 many manual osteopaths saw an increase in patient bookings. Mr Haghighi had to hire 3 National Academy of Osteopathy graduates last month to handle all the patients seeking manual osteopathic care. 

 

Mr Haghighi studied osteopathy at another school in Ontario before joining National Academy of Osteopathy (2017).

New NAO Professor

 We wish to welcome manual osteopath, Gerwyn Besaw, MT, DOMP to National Academy of Osteopathy as a technique instructor of our cranial osteopathy department.

Gerwyn will work at the York University Heights campus of NAO in Toronto.

We currently have five cranial osteopathy instructors, 3 teach online and two on-campus.
