Is this Certification useful in states other than North Carolina (i.e. New York, California, Colorado, Idaho)?
ReplyDeleteIt is available for all states.
DeleteWhat laws/Acts/Treaties is the Tribal Health Care Administration & Licensing of the North Carolina Nottaway Tribal Community acting under to grant their Certified Traditional Tribal Practitioner licenses? What would legislative proof could I present to a lawyer if I was being asked to prove this is a valid License to work as an Osteopath in the USA?
DeleteI do not know under what law the tribal health act falls under. I believe it is active in all states but it is best to consult with them directly. Even under their license you cannot practice as osteopath in US. You must call yourself an osteopathic manual practitioner in US and Canada.
