National Academy of Osteopathy offers a DOMP (Diploma in Osteopathic
Manual Practice) to BC physiotherapists, massage therapists & other
health practitioners that can be
completed in as little as six months, 100% online across BC. Student
without prior health education complete the program in 1 year.
Those students interested to study in-campus can attend the York
University Heights campus of NAO in Toronto. Optional practical
technique classes (for online BC students) are provided in Spain, Canada
and elsewhere.
NAO has graduated many manual osteopaths in BC
in the past 4 years. Our British Columbia alumni are permitted to work
in BC as well as all other Canadian provinces, American states,
Australia, and all European countries. You are eligible to open your own
manual osteopathy clinic in BC upon graduation or you may seek
employment in other clinics and medical centers as a manual osteopath.
