Dr Daniel Nuzum, NMD, DN, DO (Spain), PhD, one of the professors of National Academy of Osteopathy (Canada) has been chosen as a health minister in the United States of America. This is the first time in history a manual osteopath has been chosen as a health minister.

Charity Work in Bali

Manual osteopath, Jeannie Dhun a graduate of National Academy of Osteopathy and a member of our Osteopathy Chronic Pain Clinics of Canada has joined the Hands with Heart Foundation of NAO professor, osteopath, Jorge Aranda in Bali, Indonesia to offer free osteopathic care to those in need.

Osteopathic Psychosomatic Techniques

NAO professor Elias Abdel-Ahad (physiotherapist/manual osteopath) conducted a hands on workshop on osteopathic psychosomatic techniques at National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto.
These techniques are amazing for chronic pain management and our students loved the techniques.

We recommend all manual osteopaths to take a psychosomatic continuing education program with this professor if they wish to add a new tool in chronic pain management to their practices.

Cree Natioan Accepts NAO

Bigstone Cree Nation Education Authority accepts National Academy of Osteopathy for financial aid.
We are happy to announce that National Academy of Osteopathy has been accepted by the Bigstone Cree Nation Education Authority in Alberta. They have paid scholarships to a Cree Nation person to study at NAO.
We are also accepted by the Metis Nation and some other First Nation education authorities in Canada.

He is very well liked by students and he is very knowledgeable about the osteopathic techniques, anatomy, and physiology.
