COMPO(College of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners of Ontario); 加拿大徒手整骨療法考試委員會CMOEB(Canadian Manual Osteopathy Examining Board); 國際骨傷科協會成員(International Osteopathy Examining); 徒手整骨教育委員會(Council on Manual Osteopathy Education); 康復科學學院(Ontario College of Osteopathic Rehabilitation Sciences).

Osteopathy TV is almost ready

Osteopathy TV is on its way to start its first show hopefully within the next two month. Many of the National Academy of Osteopathy graduates would participate in Osteopathy TV programing, which will be a free and great advertising and name and face recognition for them in their community and would stand them apart from competition.

STUDENT TESTIMONIAL

Dear Dr. Pourgol,

I am pleased to inform that the 'quality training' of your prestigious Academy has shown to be very fruitful. I had an interview, the owner was amazed by the techniques- I gave him a treatment session by your wonderful techniques  - and I received an offer to work two days a week, as a start. More shifts will be added to my schedule in the health clinic after I get to know the team more and become familiar with the workplace. (I am replacing a manual osteopath who used to work in clinic for years).

Thank you in advance for your expert teachings which always stemmed from your wisdom.

Osteopathy Poem; with an NAO touch!

Jack Spratt was always in pain,
His wife was never well.
So ‘twixt them both the family doc
Could dress himself quite swell.
At last they called John Saul, DOMP
An NAO graduated Manual Osteopath,
Who put them on their feet.
And now they have the best of health
No matter what they eat.

6 Months Waiting List to See a Manual Osteopath in Halifax!

Six Months Waiting List to See a Manual Osteopath in Halifax, Nova Scotia!

About 50% of the manual osteopaths practicing in the city of Halifax in Nova Scotia (Canada) are National Academy of Osteopathy graduates. We have just been told by one of our students that the average waiting list in Halifax to see a manual osteopath is six months!

There is a severe shortage of manual osteopaths across Canada. We recommend to health professionals of other disciplines to consider studying manual osteopathy at NAO so they could help in eliminating this shortage. We need more manual osteopaths so all patients anywhere in Canada could have access to this wonderful effective manual medicine profession.
